SHIPPING POLICY

We have a beautiful range of products that we ship from our St Helens store in Tasmania. In light of COVID-19, orders may incur unexpected shipping delays.

Once your parcel has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent via email. This tracking information will tell you exactly when you can expect your parcel.

 

If you request this to be left via safe drop or without signature, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods.

 

If you have made an error in your address then please CALL us immediately or live chat us. We can not guarantee it can be altered or stopped before shipped out however we will try our best to accommodate you!

Express shipping - $14.95

Free shipping over $120

No international shipping available

Click and collect - Within 24hours you will recieve a notification to tell you when your order is ready to be collected.

 

TAS - Allow 2-3 business days

VIC, NSW, QLD and ADL - Allow 3-5 business days

NT and WA - Allow 4-8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not account for any unexpected delays. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items MUST be returned or exchanged via post or in store within 21 days of delivery.

If you would like to return or exchange your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to complete our returns form.

 

Our products are valuable to us, so we will inspect all items upon receipt. Refunds will only be provided for items returned and deemed faulty. A store credit will be issued for all other circumstances. 

Final Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty, full priced and sale items can be returned for store credit. 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings, necklaces or hats.
